A man from Coral is expected in Indiana County Court today for three sentencing hearings.
Court documents show 47-year-old Charles Livingston, Jr. will go before Judge Michael Clark. In one case, he pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for an incident on August 2nd of last year. Indiana Borough Police said that he confronted someone over a past issue at a home in the 400 block of Water Street. He brandished a knife and tried to attack, and while the victim avoided the knife, Livingston did hit the other person. Charges of terroristic threats, and possession of an instrument of crime were not prosecuted.
The other cases include a guilty plea to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from July of last year, and a plea to accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle for a crash last October.
