The Indiana Area School Board will hold a special meeting Monday night and the major agenda item is a motion to approve an ESCO agreement with Constellation Energy, and the $5.4 million financing it will require.
The board is also scheduled to receive an update on the Eisenhower Elementary project and to take up a number of personnel items for the new school year.
