A pretrial hearing is scheduled for today for an Ernest woman charged with child abuse.
25-year-old Paige Madison Sue Walker will go before Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco for the hearing today. She is charged with two counts each of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and child endangerment connected with an investigation into incidents that started February 1st of this year. The State Police criminal investigation unit filed charges on May 1st after an investigation at her apartment on Main Street in Ernest Borough. She has been free since her arrest on $20,000 bond.
