Raising Cane’s recently unveiled plans to redevelop the Renaissance Circle Shops in White Township.
In an announcement sent to Renda Media, officials with Zamias Services, Inc., say the redevelopment of the shopping center will revitalize the shopping experience as well as offer an enhanced environment for shoppers and provide a great opportunity for retailers.
Raising Cane’s will be the first project in the redevelopment process, bringing the first location to the Indiana area. There will also be an outparcel available for lease, which will provide an ideal spot for a variety of businesses, given its location and visibility.
Zamias Services President and COO Perry Russ said they are thrilled to bring “new life” to the Renaissance Circle Shops with this project, and the addition of Raising Cane’s and the outparcel will “underscore our commitment to providing a diverse and exciting retail experience for the community.”
Sewer plans for Raising Cane’s was submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection in May.
