A Clarksburg woman charged with attempted homicide is due in district court today for a preliminary hearing.
Court documents show 60-year-old Mary Elizabeth Stuller is accused in connection with an incident last Monday morning at her home, where she allegedly hit a man with a blunt object and continued hitting him with the blunt object and stabbed him as well, leaving the victim with significant injuries.
Along with attempted homicide, she is charged with felony aggravated assault. The hearing will be at 1:00 today before District Judge Christopher Welch.
