First responders were on the scene of a fire in the basement of a home in Indiana Borough this morning.
Indiana County 911 dispatched Indiana, Creekside, Homer City and Marion Center Fire Departments along with Indiana Borough Police, Citizen’s Ambulance and the HAZMAT Team at 6:10 this morning to 208 Oak Street. Ron Moreau said when he arrived, he saw smoke coming from the basement of the modular home.
Everyone got out safely. No injuries were reported. The property was insured, and the residents are being assisted.
