The Steelers return to practice at St. Vincent College this morning and they will put on the pads for the first time. It may also be the first time we see quarterback Russell Wilson suiting up after he hurt his calf working on a blocking sled during the conditioning test on the first day.
It’s not shown up on the transactions list yet, but ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that the Steelers have released cornerback Josiah Scott. Scott is a four-year veteran who has played for the Jaguars, Eagles, and – for a brief time last season – on the practice squad of the Steelers.
