Michael taught lessons of patience, resilience, determination, love, and forgiveness to all who knew him.
Michael is survived by his parents, John and Diana Mitchell, sisters Elissa Mitchell of Butler, PA and Brianna Mitchell of Indiana, PA and their spouses, Thomas Carden and Erick Bergquist Jr., respectively, who Michael considered his brothers.
