INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
An Indiana man was charged with disorderly conduct in an incident on Monday in Indiana. Borough police say that officers were dispatched to the “00” block of North 7th Street on July 15th for a report of a man yelling at passing vehicles and pedestrians in the area. When police got there, they found 38-year-old Matthew Palmer and upon further investigation, found he was continuing to make unreasonable noise to try and cause public inconvenience, annoyance and alarm, according to the report. Charges were filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
An Indiana man was cited with harassment for an incident on July 13th. Indiana Borough Police say the incident happened in the “00” block of North 6th Street at 7:59 in the morning. Police were dispatched for a reported domestic incident and found that Brandon Gibbons had grabbed a victim during a verbal argument
