Motions hearings are on the schedule for Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas today, including one for a woman accused of suffocating her infant child.
22-year-old Patricia Ann Hullenbaugh of Indiana is charged with criminal homicide, possession of an instrument of a crime, child endangerment and strangulation. The charges stem from an investigation on January 6th of this year. Police said that she initially called 911 to report that her child had stopped breathing and had claimed that the child was hanging out of his crib with his face in the mattress. She later recanted her story to police, saying that she smothered the child with a blanket.
The motion on the table is an omnibus pretrial motion for relief. A criminal call hearing is set for August 2nd.
Also on the agenda are motions hearing for Brian Forehrenbach, who is charged in connection with a case of DUI that goes back to August 19th of 2023, and Theresa McCloskey, who is also charged in a DUI case that goes back to November of 2023.
