Steelers players report to St. Vincent College for training camp next Wednesday, and yesterday the team announced that it will hold a joint practice with the Buffalo Bills at Acrisure Stadium on August 15th, a day after breaking camp in Latrobe. The session will be from 2 to 4 PM and will not be open to the public. It happens two days before the two teams play the second exhibition game of the preseason.
The Steelers have announced two coaches who will join the team under the Bill Walsh Fellowship Program, which gives opportunities to minority college and high school coaches to work with NFL teams prior to their own seasons.
Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College wide receivers coach Bam Bryant and Missouri Southern assistant defensive line coach Greg Bowser II will be with the Steelers in Latrobe.

Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins will be the only player in the NFL playing under the franchise tag after he and his team were unable to reach an agreement on a long-term contract by yesterday’s 4 PM league deadline.
The Browns have signed kicker Dustin Hopkins to a three-year contract extension. The new deal makes Hopkins one of the NFL’s top five highest-paid kickers.
