This prestigious national recognition is based solely on employee feedback, ensuring a credible and authentic employer-recognition program. To qualify, companies must have more than 150 employees and achieve a Workplace Survey response rate of 35 percent or higher.
First Commonwealth has previously earned Top Workplace recognition regionally in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas. This honor reflects the bank’s commitment to fostering a positive work environment and highlights the importance of employee feedback in achieving such accolades.
