Charges were withdrawn at the district court level against a home improvement owner for failing to provide services.
State police had filed charges against 41-year-old William Luzier of Clymer, the owner of Luzier’s Property Maintenance, for an incident in December. He was accused of accepting money from a man in Graceton for home improvement service that was allegedly not completed in a timely manner.
At his preliminary hearing on Tuesday, charges were withdrawn and the case was dismissed. No word on why those charges were withdrawn.
