State Representative Jim Struzzi has been appointed to the Opioid Misuse and Addiction Abatement Trust.
The appointment was made by House Minority Leader Bryan Cutler. The trust distributes settlement funds from opioid manufacturers, distributors and pharmacy chains to the state, its counties and municipalities to help stop the opioid crisis.
In a statement, Struzzi said that he was proud and honored to be appointed to this board and will work to make sure that opioid settlement funds are properly guided to organizations.
