Indiana Borough Police are offering more information on the theft of some drugs from the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Monday.
Police say that criminal investigators are working with Rite Aid’s asset protection officers and the District Attorney’s office in pursing any leads, while residents in the area have been reviewing external camera footage. Police say that after going into the Rite Aid Monday night and taking some controlled substances, the three suspects ran on foot to the 300 block of Water street heading towards the intersection of 3rd and Water. Evidence suggests that a vehicle transported at least one if not all three suspects out of Indiana Borough heading East on Philadelphia Street.
