An Indiana man was charged in connection with the theft from a motor vehicle back in May.
Indiana Borough Police say they were dispatched to the 400 block of South 13th Street shortly before 1 PM on May 9th for a report of a theft from a vehicle. Following an investigation, 48-year-old Michael Handwerk was identified as the suspect. Officers did not specify what was stolen from the vehicle.
A criminal complaint charging Handwerk with theft from a motor vehicle was filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
