Homer City Post 493 scored three runs in the third inning, carried the 3-0 lead into the 6th, and came away with a 5-2 win over Burrell. Jon Cribbs led the way, throwing seven innings and giving up just four hits and a walk while striking out five. He surrendered only two unearned runs in the complete game win. Brayden Rado had two hits and an RBI, Rocco Cosentino had a hit and drove in two runs, and Tristen Redinger had two hits.
Homer City will wrap up the regular season with a game against Latrobe Post 515 on Saturday afternoon.
