Indiana Borough Police announced Wednesday that DUI charges have been filed in a case that dates back to April. Police say on April 20th, police pulled over 21-year-old Brailee Price at 1:26 AM for a driving violation in the 700 block of Wayne Avenue and found that she drank enough alcoholic beverages to make her unfit to drive. She was taken to IRMC for evidence collection and was released to a sober adult. A criminal complaint was filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
Police in Indiana Borough charged a New Florence man with drug-related crimes in connection with a traffic stop in early May. Police say they pulled over 37-year-old Allen Palmer for a traffic violation in the 200 block of North 4th Street, and discovered he was under the influence of drugs and in possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody, then sent to IRMC for evidence collection before being released to a sober adult. Charges were filed through District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
