Postseason honors were announced yesterday for a variety of IUP Athletics stars.
Steve Kline is the American Baseball Coaches Association/ATEC NCAA DII Atlantic Region Coach of the Year.
Golfers Shaun Fedor, Guillermo Salazar, and Cameron Gerue have been named to the College Sports Communicators Division II Academic Men’s All-District At-Large team, which includes student-athletes in a number of sports.
The Women’s At-Large team includes two field hockey players and four lacrosse players from IUP. Anita Planella, Devon Johnson, Kathryn Burke, Kim Carpentiere, Maggie Marstellar, and Rylee Wilson all made the team.
Both the men’s and women’s swim teams have been named Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America.
