State police have announced that the suspect involved in an incident of retail theft from earlier this month has been apprehended.
Troopers did not identify the woman involved, but they say she is responsible fror stealing more than $246 worth of clothing from JCPenney at the Indiana Mall on June 4. Troopers are continuing to investigate, and they thank their media partners as well as members of the community for assisting in the investigation.
