Indiana County will once again be represented in a PIAA state championship game this afternoon as the Indiana High baseball team battles Holy Ghost Prep in the quad-A game at Penn State University.
The Indians mark the eighth team from Indiana County to appear in a state championship game. High School Co-Principal Doug Johnson said this championship run has energized the community.
Principal Wade McElheny said this year’s team worked hard to get where they are.
