IUP lost a tough one Saturday in its first game of the 2024 NCAA DII College World Series, 2-1, to Point Loma.
The Crimson Hawks had a great chance in the 8th, scoring a run to cut Point Loma’s lead to 2-1, and had bases loaded and one out. But a fly out and runner gunned down ended the threat.
