After a day off yesterday, PennDOT road crews return to work today on several projects, and will start on some tree trimming in Armstrong Township.
This project gets underway today on West Pike Road between Lions Health Camp Road and the Route 422 interchange, and is expected to run through the end of the month, weather permitting. Flaggers will be present on intersecting roads to direct traffic and traffic will be reduced to a single lane in each direction.
Other road work that will continue through this week include street sweeping on Route 22; Patching, mill and fill along portions of Route 119 in North and East Mahoning Townships, and other projects in the area.
