The 2024 NFL regular season schedule will be released at 8 o’clock tonight. Some of the highlights have already been revealed, including the season opener, featuring the Super Bowl champion Chiefs against the Ravens on Thursday, September 5th. The game the following Monday will be the Jets against the 49ers in Aaron Rodgers’ return to play after he blew out his Achilles tendon in the first game last season.
Figuring last year’s records in, the Steelers will have the third toughest schedule in the NFL behind the Browns and Ravens. If you take last year’s records out of the formula, the Steelers have the toughest schedule, according to sports betting analyst Warren Sharp. The prime crossover opponents for the AFC North teams will be the NFC East. The Steelers’ home schedule this year will also include a game against the Chiefs.
