United topped the boys’ field with 83 points in the Bill Wilt Memorial Invitational at Armagh on Saturday, beating Northern Cambria and Bellwood-Antis each by just one point. Central Cambria and Conemaugh Township followed with 75 and 50 points, respectively, to round out the top five.
United won the 3200 relay in 8:57.34. United’s Connor Rosko and Ruardon Butler took first and second, respectively, in the 800.
Northern Cambria’s Michael Konitsky won the 100 in 11.23, the 200 in 22.97 and the 400 in 54.08, while teammate Ty Dumm won the 110-meter hurdles in 15.6.
In girls’ action, United’s Olivia Henning topped the field in the 1600 with a time of 5:57.39.
