PennDOT is looking for public feedback on winter services.
An online survey is being offered to the public for them to voice their concerns or to give their feedback on the services over the winter season. The 16-question survey will ask respondents about their timeline expectations for safe and passable roadways, how they rank snow-removal priorities and how they rate PennDOT’s winter services. They will also be asked how they receive roadway information and whether or not they use the state’s 511PA driver information services like the 511PA.com website.
PennDOT secretary Mike Carroll said that the public’s feedback will help them review operations and identify ways they can enhance how they inform the public.
The survey is open until April 17th. To take the survey, log on to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2024PDWinter
