First Commonwealth Bank recently earned another accolade recognizing their efforts in providing high-quality service for customers.
According to a news release, First Commonwealth was honored by Coalition Greenwich with a 2023 Greenwich Excellence Small Business Banking award for “overall satisfaction” in the northeast region of the country. Honorees are recognized for their ability to combine high quality day-to-day service, providing innovative digital banking tools and insights that help optimize business performance.
Joseph Culos, Financial Solutions Executive with First Commonwealth, called the recognition “particularly meaningful,” due to their mission to be the best bank for business. He adds that strong businesses make for strong communities and that they are committed to “meeting the needs of business owners across Pennsylvania and Ohio.”
Coalition Greenwich evaluates strategic benchmarking, analytics and insights for more than 500 banks, and only 39 receive awards in excellence.
