It is college football’s National Letter of Intent Signing Day, and IUP is set to announce its recruits as the day unfolds. Today’s fresh recruits will join five transfers already announced by Coach Paul Tortorella.
The transfers include:
- former Millersville linebacker Garrett Cox, a first-team All-American last year
- former Millersville defensive lineman Quadir Jacobs
- running back Kaleb Monaco, who transfers in to IUP from Bloomsburg
- wide receiver Trenten Smith, coming in from Clarion
- wide receiver Eli Lingenfelter, from St. Francis.
