Penns Manor and River Valley will play each other on Wednesday night, and River Valley will play Marion Center on Friday. Penns Manor will take on West Shamokin on Friday. Marion Center will play Homer-Center on Wednesday before battling River Valley on Friday. Two of the top three contenders will play in the semifinals.
In the Heritage East, Portage and United will finish in the top two spots.
In the boys’ races, Conemaugh Township and Conemaugh Valley continue to hold the top two spots in the East, at 12-1 and 12-2 respectively, with Township having three games left and Valley with two. Portage has a very slim chance of sneaking into the semis, but Township looks like the easy first-place winner and Valley will be second.
