Many plea and sentencing hearings are scheduled for today in Indiana County’s Court of Common Pleas, and while most are for DUI, there are a few other cases on the schedule.
One case involves 42-year-old Christopher Teets of Spring Church. He was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct-fighting for an incident on March 12th of last year. He is expected to enter pleas today to those charges.
The other case of note on the schedule is for Amanda Rowland of Windber. She is charged with felony theft and burglary for an incident on June 21st of last year. She originally pleaded guilty ot those charges in September of 2022, but in November of that same year, she withdrew the charges. She is expected to enter a plea today, four days before jury selection was scheduled to start.
