Penns Manor topped Cambria Heights, 45-29 . Alyssa Altemus scored 20 points and had 9 rebounds. Allie Mumau had 10 points and Sarah Stiteler had 10 rebounds.
River Valley took a 30-6 lead and cruised to a 62-24 win over Conemaugh Valley. Ava Persechetti led the way for the Panthers with 23 points.
Indiana beat Plum, 41-36, to take sole possession of first place in the WPIAL Section 5A1.
