Police in Indiana Borough charged an Indiana man in connection with a crash that happened back in September.
Charges were recently filed through District Judge Tony Sottile against 35-year-old Devaughn Bryant in connection with the crash that happened in the middle of a construction zone in the 1500 block of Church Street. Police were called out to that crash at 6:37 AM and found Bryant standing outside his car. When police investigated further, they discovered that Bryant hit a parked car in the area before crashing his own. He was charged with DUI-general impairment, DUI-Highest rate along with accidents involving unattended property.
