High school basketball resumed last night with United visiting West Shamokin in a Heritage Conference West boys game. The Lions came away with a 49-39 win, with Carter Payne hitting four three-pointers and scoring 16 points. Isaac Worthington had 13 for United. West Shamokin was led by Braydn Rodgers, with 21.
