Tonight’s White Township Supervisors meeting is expected to be a busy one with several major motions on the agenda.
The most important one is the adoption of the township’s 2024 budget, which was granted preliminary approval at the supervisors meeting on November 15. The original budget contained a deficit of $701,439, but Township Manager Chris Anderson said they would consider using leftover reserve funds to fill the gap, rather than raise taxes.
Supervisors are also set to schedule a time for their reorganization meeting on January 2, as well as set their 2024 meeting schedule.
Tonight’s meeting starts at 7 PM at the township office, located along Indian Springs Road.
