A Kent man was arrested following an incident Thursday afternoon in Blairsville Borough.
Police say they were called to the Sheetz along East Market Street around 5:27 PM for reports of an intoxicated man. Upon arrival, they found 20-year-old Brian Jones under the influence of narcotics at a table outside of the store.
Jones was taken to Indiana County Jail and charged with public drunkenness, possession of drug paraphernalia and other crimes.
