Several hearings are scheduled today for the Indiana County Courts of Common Pleas, including a hearing to withdraw a guilty plea in a drug-related case.
42-year-old Waylon Strange had entered a guilty plea to a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver for an incident on March 1st. Indiana Borough Police and members of the County Drug Task Force conducted a controlled buy of meth from Strange using a confidential informant. Strange was scheduled to be sentenced today, but court documents show that he is set to withdraw his plea from September 1st.
