The It’s A Wonderful Life Festival presented by First Commonwealth Bank continues today at IRMC Park and at some locations throughout the Downtown Indiana Business District.
Along with a visit from Santa and activities in IRMC Park, special events today include a holiday craft workshop from 1-5 PM at the Indiana Theater, with showings of the 2018 version of “The Grinch” throughout the day. The Indiana Free Library will hold a Community Kwanzaa celebration from Noon to 3 PM today, and Mrs. Claus will read to children from 11 AM to 2 PM in the children’s department.
From 1-3, there will be a special event at The Artist Hand Gallery from 1-3 entitled “The Greatest Gift”, named after the story that inspired “It’s A Wonderful Life”. Hiliary Hauck said that seven authors will take part in the event that includes readings, book signings and conversations.
