Police in Clymer Borough are filing marijuana-related charges against a Starford man for an incident last week.
Police say that on November 22nd, officers on foot patrol came across a white Chevy utility van with a heavy odor of marijuana coming from inside the van. Officers discovered the driver, 69-year-old Juan Acosta, was smoking marijuana and did not have a valid PA Driver’s License. When police searched him, they found a small amount of marijuana, a marijuana pipe and two meth pipes.
The van was released to its owner, and Acosta was told that charges would be filed with the district judge’s office.
