Pitt returns to the Petersen Events Center tonight to kick off the ACC-SEC Challenge against 5-2 Missouri.
The Panthers are coming off an appearance at the NIT Preseason Tip-Off Tournament in Brooklyn where they split their share of games, falling to Florida Wednesday evening and beating Oregon State in the third-place game on Friday.
Coach Jeff Capel said he’s learned a lot about his team over the first six games of the season, but one thing that stuck out to him was their resilience.
Capel also expects Missouri to be a tough challenge.
