Two things will kick off tonight at the KCAC. One of them is the IUP men’s basketball season, and the other is the Angels Wings season.
The annual charitable effort sponsored by Diamond Drug and Diamond Medical Supply is asking those considering helping out kids this holiday season are encouraged to come to the IUP Men’s Basketball game tonight at the KCAC. Those who bring a monetary donation, the donation of a new toy, or pick up an angel tag to sponsor will receive a free ticket for the game.
The Angels Wings program was started in 1984 by the Donnelly Family, with the program undergoing some name changes over the years. The program is currently sponsored by Diamond Drug, the Indiana Gazette and in cooperation with ICCAP.
Anyone who can’t attend the game tonight can drop off donations at Diamond Drug on Philadelphia Street or Diamond Medical Supply on Oakland Avenue until December 1st, but the ticket offer is only good for tonight’s game.
