State police say that the death of an Indiana man is still under investigation. Police say that the body of 61-year-old Bradley Ophaug behind the garage on his property in Rayne Township around 6:20 PM on November 3rd. No foul play is suspected.
DUI charges are pending further investigations into an incident on November 4th in Burrell township. State police say that troopers responded to a location on Route 22 West to assist EMS with an unresponsive man in a vehicle. During the incident, police discovered that the driver, identified as only a Blairsville man, appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance, while the passenger, another Blairsville man, was also under the influence and found to be in possession of a controlled substance and had an active warrant out for his arrest.
