At Wednesday Night’s meeting, the White Township Supervisors heard updates on two ordinances that are just about ready for advertisement.
The ordinances in question have to deal with junk yards and solar power. Township Manager Chris Anderson said that the office has received some public comment.
Anderson said there were no major changes to the ordinances, and the ordinances would be adopted within the next two months.
In other business, the township supervisors announced the winner of the annual Halloween House Decorating Contest. This year’s winner was Amy Piccola of Country Lane.

Her prize for first place was an ice-skating birthday party and a package of ice skating passes at S&T Bank Arena. As a reminder, Trick-or-Treating for White Township is October 31st from 6-8 PM.
