On Monday, the Indiana School Board approved a procedure for change orders concerning the Eisenhower project.
The procedure will allow the Clerk of the Works, Larry Calvetti, to approve change orders up to $25,000, with final approval to be made by the board later on. Buildings, Grounds and Transportation chairman Terry Kerr said that this will keep things moving on the project.
In other business, the board approved a memorandum of understanding with the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission for them to use the information in the upcoming Pennsylvania Youth Survey to improve their drug prevention program.
