Today, citizens will get the chance to directly help the Chevy Chase Community Center with a Fill the Bus event being put together by S&T Bank.
The event will be held today at the S&T Lot at 8th and Water Streets from Noon to 7 PM. People will be able to donate items to the community center as the doors remain closed due to the investigation into the shooting that happened October 8th at the community center where one person was killed and eight others were injured.
