On last night’s edition of Hawk Talk on U92 radio and Renda Digital TV, IUP coach Paul Tortorella reviewed last Saturday’s 20-10 win over Edinboro, saying it really was a tale of two halves, with IUP’s defense clamping down on the Fighting Scots’ offense. And he looked ahead to this week’s game at Seton Hill, which is 2-5 and coming off a 41-14 loss to Cal U. The Crimson Hawks will come into the game at 4-3.
Tortorella expects a typical PSAC West game and he says the outcome Comes down to the basics.
The coach says X’s and O’s are one thing, but in the end IUP has to find some toughness.
Tortorella says he enjoys playing at Offut Field in Greensburg, with the fans right on top of the teams. Kickoff Saturday is scheduled for 3 PM with airtime at 2:30 on 92.5 FM, U92.
