No deal was reached on a coaches contract during an additional negotiation session Tuesday between APSCUF and PASSHE, but several topics were discussed.
Negotiation teams discussed the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sharing of financial information, student feedback, evaluations, working conditions, and job security. Both sides are set to meet again October 30th, and no date has been set for when they expect contract talks to wrap up.
Coaches continue to work under the former contract, which expired June 30th.
Meanwhile, an update regarding the teachers contract is expected following a two-day session October 26-27th.
