A man charged with resisting and evading arrest and disorderly conduct for an incident at an Indiana convenience store will have a preliminary hearing today. 26-year-old Tyrone Thomas III was charged in connection with an incident at a convenience store in the 300 block of Philadelphia Street on September 24th. When police tried to take him into custody, he led police on a foot chase until he was eventually apprehended. He was placed in jail on charges related to an arrest warrant.
That hearing will be held at 9:30 AM in front of district judge Guy Haberl.
