State Police have filed harassment charges against an Indiana man in connection with an incident on September 20th. Troopers say that 34-year-old Joseph Fleckenstein of Indiana was trying to force his way into his mother’s room and shoved her to the floor when he was able to. The officers were initially dispatched to the home on Lisa Drive for a welfare check. A non-traffic-citation was filed before District Judge Guy Haberl.
A Homer City woman could face DUI charges for an incident on September 6th. State police report that at 12:34 that morning, police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 286 West and Anthony Road in Center Township. When they made contact with the driver, 32-year-old Francise Reed, they discovered she was under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges are pending the results of a blood test.
