On Tuesday, the White Township Planning Commission gave conditional approval for the site plan of Primanti Brothers.
The location for the new restaurant will be in the former Levin’s Mattress and former Cici’s Pizza location on the Regency Mall property. Township manager Chris Anderson said that not only does the new restaurant need to complete its sanitary sewer planning, but it will also need to address grease traps.
The restaurant does plan to add an outdoor seating area and a structure that would house dumpsters on-site.
