VOLLEYBALL
A big Heritage Conference volleyball win for Homer-Center last night. The Wildcats defeated Conemaugh Township, 3-2. Homer Center won the first and third sets by scores of 25-19 and 25-21. Township won the second and fourth sets, 25-23 and 25-19, setting up the deciding fifth set, which the Wildcats won, 15-10.
Meegan Williams led Homer-Center with 30 kills, 16 digs, and 4 blocks. Ashlyn Kerr had 7 kills and 11 digs, Alaina Fabin had 7 kills and 4 blocks, and Emma Rouser had 4 kills and 3 blocks, and Alivia Stambolia had 9 digs.
